My friend and neighbor Jill did a fabulous job cutting Bailey's hair!! This was almost all Bailey's idea. We saw a cute little girl in our ward, Peityn, yesterday with her cute little haircut. I jokingly asked Bailey if she would like to get her haircut like Peityn's. The rest is history. So thanks Jill!
