Memorial Day
Memorial Day weekend we decided to go to Sedona and Slide Rock State Park. The kids loved it. We didn't actually get in the water - it was freezing!! One thing we didn't anticipate was the traffic in/around Sedona. Slide Rock State Park is only 7 miles north of Sedona but the drive back to Sedona would have taken us 2 hours because it was bumper to bumper the whole way. We decided to go to Flagstaff after the park and have dinner. All in all it was nice to get out of the valley and have some fun before #3 gets here!!

So much fun! I went to Slide Rock all the time when I was little. Its a great day trip. I like how your blog title keeps changing the closer you get to #3. Cute.

I had no idea you guys went there! That family pic is really cute. When Noah and I went last year the water was freezing also...but it looks really fun!
I think I was about 13 when I went to slide rock, it wsa the middle of the summer and it was freezing, but of course a bunch of teenagers don't care!! It is so gorgeous there!!
