On the mend

I had my surgery yesterday and all went well! For those of you that don't know, I had a breast lump removed. The incision was a lot bigger than I expected but oh well. With all of the swelling right now I'm sporting like a Double D over there which wouldn't look so bad if my other side wasn't only a C. Dr. Evani is the nicest ever! He's fairly confident it's just a benign tumor but it was sent to the pathologist and hopefully I'll hear the official word by Friday. Keep your fingers crossed for me!

Are you kidding me!! I had no idea! That really stinks. Is that why your Mom has been here? Let me know if you want the kids out of the house for awhile. They can totally come over and play. Hope everything goes well!

Yeah! I'm glad you found me! I love looking at other people's blogs. I never really got to tell you what Shawn and I were having. Sorry I haven't seen you in a while. We all get busy, or sick... Hope all is well and let me know if you need anything!

Casey!! I can't believe you didn't say anything. Let me know if I can do anything at all. I had a lump removed from mine when Ellie was about 3 weeks and I remember being on the percocet and not being able to do a darn thing, so pleeeease let me take your kids if your mom ever can't! When you heal we'll have to compare scars. I had the worst surgeon and I have suh a huge scar it kills me.

Casey- Thanks for letting us talk your ear off last night! I can't wait until we get to come see you again. Next time it will be with the whole family, because I adore your kids (and dogs), oh, and Scott, of course!!
